Hi all~ I’m SilverNeko, you may call me Sil or Neko, I answer to both.I have a day job but I stream and cosplay sporadically. I like Lolita, Kimono/Yukata, Hanfu, Moe, JK fashion styles.My main interest is writing fanfiction as a hobby. My focus is usually on BL/Danmei. I like to explore relationships between characters and their mindsets. I also have an interest in human psychology. As such, I may explore unsettling/sensitive issues in my writing.If my topics makes you uncomfortable, then please do not read my writing.All works will be tagged with related warnings for your information. I will reach out to you to confirm the commission details and invoice.
The planning stage begins. I will send a rough outline for first approval. Commissioner has until this stage to complete the payment.
Once the outline is approved and payment completed, the writing stage begins. Writing will usually take 14-30 days.
I will send you the draft for second approval. You may still request changes at this stage.
If there are no other changes, the work will be finalized and sent to commissioner by email in PDF format.
Payment
Please pay after I confirm your order.
Payment will be through Ko-Fi
Split payment accepted for orders over USD50 : First half paid upfront by Outline stage, Second half paid to receive finalized piece.

GENERAL
Explicit commissions are only open to persons above 20 years old.
Commissioned works are prohibited from being used for any and all activities related to NFTs and AI.
Commissions will be delivered in PDF format by email.
Revisions accepted during the planning and drafting stage. No revisions will be accepted after the work is finalized in PDF format.
Commissions are non-refundable after the final product is delivered.
If I am unable to complete the project due to any reason, I retain the right to cancel the project and refund based on the percentage of progress made.
I have the right to decline any commissions requests if it is beyond my capabilities or if I am uncomfortable with it.
Crediting: please mention either my name (SilverNeko) or socials (e.g. Twitter: @silvernekopages) or link it directly to my website or social media.
USAGE POLICY
Writer Rights
Silverneko retains ownership, copyright and moral rights to the story.
This includes the right to display the work in personal portfolios and social media.
Silverneko will not profit further from commissions or redistribute it to other individuals once the work is finalized and delivered unless the terms and conditions are broken by commissioner.
Commissioner Rights
Commissioner receive exclusive, non-transferable rights to the work for personal use. This includes but not limited to reproduction rights and distribution rights such as sharing or displaying on public platforms.
Commissioner can not claim the item as their own and must include credits when shared, distributed or used E.g.:
i) Displayed on social media publicly as a non-commercial individual publication.
ii) Shared on a public streaming platform/video hosting service such as Twitch and Youtube (monetization exclusive) as live reading/ pre-recorded content.
All commissions can not be used for commercial purposes. This means it can not be submitted to paid projects, sold for profit to others or be only available behind a paywall. E.g.:
i) Shown in a member’s only stream.
ii) Published on monetization platforms such as Patreon as a member exclusive post.
iii) Submitted to projects with profit.
FANFIC Commissions
I will only write for fandoms I am familiar with.
No extra charge will be applied if I exceed the word limit for the original request.
Commissions are non-cancellable once the Outline is approved.
Commissions will be delivered to customer in PDF format by email.
Commissions will be published on commission website. Summary / Extract only publication is available upon request if commissioner does not wish to have the full work published to an open audience.
All revisions to the outline are accepted at the Planning stage.
Most minor revisions and up to 1 major revision will be accepted in the draft per update. I will update the draft for a maximum of 3 times and any further requests will be charged USD 5 each.
Minor Revision: change wording, add/remove parts (that does not affect general plot)
Major Revision: anything that changes the plot or requires rewriting a large portion of the draft

1) The script can be recorded in audio or video format.
2) The script can be posted as captions if in video format.
3) Recordings of the scripts can be used for marketing and advertising under the following conditions:
a) On a personal portfolio for display.
b) On social media publicly as a non-commercial individual publication.
c) On a public streaming platform/video hosting service such as Twitch and Youtube (monetization excluded) as pre-recorded content or live reading.
Recordings of the script can not be used for commercial purposes. This means it can not be sold for profit to others or be only available behind a paywall. E.g.:
i) Shown in a member’s only stream.
ii) Published on monetization platforms such as Patreon as a member exclusive post.
iii) Submitted to projects with profit such as a scene in a game or voice pack.
